To get the full benefits of the mentorship program we ask that you commit to meeting with your mentor at least one hour per month, and communicating with your mentor at least once a week either by e-mail or telephone.

The GeniusConnect Talent Discovery(GTD) Mentorship program is a company-funded initiative that accommodates every mentee’s needs. Mentors give direction and provide resources to their mentees in areas such as school application counseling, resume building, internship opportunities, and post-graduation job search. Mentors are also encouraged to meet in person with their mentees and have guidance sessions.
GTD empowers school students to become competitive in the global economy through our leadership program that includes skill acquisition and development. Through our flexible and customized programs, the GTD initiative is focused on mitigating the risk of having our future leaders poorly educated.
This program enables youth corps members to acquire technical skills needed to have an edge in the industry. Through a partnership with establishments, GTD is passionate about working closely with NYSC in providing suitable opportunities for youth corps.
GeniusConnect offers an intensive internship program aimed at developing the skills of our youth. This initiative is aimed at bridging the gap between the less privileged and highly privileged, thus allowing both have access to world-class opportunities. With our program, you will develop workplace skills needed to be successful in a highly competitive work environment. This program is open to youths that are yet to be employed and are willing to intern with corporate organizations to develop their employability and entrepreneurship skills.
